We are seeking an experienced Wealth & Asset Management Specialist to provide domain expertise and lead product-focused initiatives across asset and wealth management solutions. This role combines deep industry knowledge with strong product and stakeholder management capabilities to drive impactful, client-centric outcomes.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in asset and wealth management, advising stakeholders on industry best practices, operating models, and regulatory considerations.
  • Lead and support the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, client needs, and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, compliance, and operations to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Identify solution gaps and opportunities for product enhancement, differentiation, and innovation.
  • Own and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on value, risk, and feasibility.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bridge gaps between business requirements and product capabilities through deep understanding of features and benefits.
  • Define and manage requirement traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end requirement coverage and alignment.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies impacting asset and wealth management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in asset and wealth management with strong exposure to industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Product experience with asset and wealth management platforms such as Avaloq, BlackRock solutions, or custody products is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in driving successful product initiatives within asset and wealth management environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end workflows including portfolio management, advisory services, reporting, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project and product management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
