<p><p>We are seeking a <b>Consumer Protection Researcher </b> to join postal sector team in Qatar. The role focuses on improving consumer protection by analyzing trends, handling complaints, and supporting outreach programs. </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities: </h3> <ul> <li>Conduct research on consumer trends, postal regulations, and best practices to enhance consumer protection. </li> <li>Analyze data on consumer complaints and postal service issues to identify areas for improvement. </li> <li>Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries based on research findings and data analysis. </li> <li>Handle consumer complaints and inquiries, engaging directly with postal service consumers and providers. </li> <li>Support the development of educational materials and awareness programs for consumers. </li> <li>Assist in maintaining communication with stakeholders to implement consumer protection measures effectively. </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements: </h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, or related field. </li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in related field. </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li> <li>Ability to handle consumer complaints and inquiries professionally. </li> <li>Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and educational materials. </li> </ul> <h3>Preferred: </h3> <ul> <li>Knowledge of postal regulations, consumer protection frameworks, or related policies. </li> <li>Experience in outreach or consumer awareness programs. </li> </ul> </p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
