For further information about this position please apply. Position Tittle: WHP Process/Piping LeadLocation: Doha Onshore/Doha Offshore/ChinaMob date: 01-FEB-2026De mob date: 31-AUG-2027 ResponsibilitiesTo witness and/or verify all PVV/Process system and completion activities performed by the Construction Contractor including approval of punch lists.To Lead the pre-commissioning and the commissioning preparation and the execution at the fabrication sites, offshore at Al-Shaheen field in order to deliver an installation to CPY as ready for operation on schedule.To assist and control the vendor support required for the assigned systems.To Lead discipline supervisor(s) and to follow closely the commissioning of systems/subsystems assigned in accordance with the commissioning procedures and commissioning and start-up schedule, coordinating the various disciplines, and ensuring all disciplines reach assigned targets as per system completion schedule.To compile relevant documentation to support handover and acceptance of systems to Operations.To ensure that the PVV/Process content of the dossiers is accurate and complete before they are accepted from construction, commissioning and before approval by operations department.To assess satisfactory works responsibilities and job function in a safe and timely manner.Adhere to and effectively communicate Project HSE WORKSITE(S) instructions and policies.Proactively intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report them to HSE department ACTIVITIESEPCIC PREPARATION PHASEEnsure proper implementation of all pre-commissioning / commissioning disciplines requirement according to the CONTRACT.Review the preparation of pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures (write the procedure if necessary, in order to respect the planning and achieve the milestones in due time) and reporting tools prepared by contractors (such as but not limited to: including technical database, planning, punch lists control and follow-up of the disciplines concerned)Promote safety within the commissioning activities and verifies that safety procedures are implemented and follow by CONTRACTOR and COMPANY.Review N2/He Leak Test PackMaximize onshore commissioning and minimize lost time due to interfaces.Ensure ICAPS data base populationCoordinate with other project entities / disciplines /existing facilities.Ensure that the lists of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures are fully comprehensive, including operational test procedures.Ensure that the Process-Piping pre-commissioning and commissioning spare parts, consumables equipment, special tools, etc are sufficient and available in time.Review preparation of the RFC dossiers for Process and piping discipline and follow up for close on any punch list and defects from RFC walk down so as no delay to Commissioning schedule and subsystem RFCEnsure Piping. Pipeline and vessel preservation strategy and procedureDuring the preparation phase, attendance of FAT on need basis. EPCIC COMMISSIONING EXECUTION PHASEFollow the contractor ’s Piping-Process commissioning activities using the OPERCOM® Methodology and ICAPS© (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) software.Follow the execution of Piping-Process commissioning activities to achieve commissioning schedule completion target.Reporting of commissioning execution to ensure that all technical, contractual information are properly recorded, collected and available for inspection/reference as required by law regulations and COMPANY policies.Control and follow-up Hydrotest Pack prioritiesControl and follow-up Flange Management and N2/He Leak TestControl and follow-up on red line mark-up drawingsEnsure proper Punch Item entry and closureTechnical support to Process/Piping discipline and ContractorPrepare daily, weekly, and final commissioning reports.Ensure all commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with HSE policies and permit-to-work systems.Participate in risk assessments and method statement reviews.Lead Piping-Process system safety awareness and toolbox talks.Coordinate with multi-discipline commissioning leads to ensure integrated system commissioningControl and follow-up on VENDORS commissioning scope of work activities such as: SAT, OTPs, documents update and Closing of Punch listFollow for piping and pipeline system preservationLeading commissioning spare parts and special tools handover process to FOPS team.  Qualifications & Experience RequiredQualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering,Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas industry with minimum 7 years’ experience in a lead Commissioning role,Proven track record of leadership and problem resolution.Strong interpersonal and good communication skills,Available for technical missions worldwide,Experienced with company Standards (Total General Specifications) , OPERCOM and ICAPS, MANASADCC Database and relevant codes and standards, Language: Fluent English, Computer literate,Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings. Our role in supporting diversity and inclusion As an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
