If you have a strong background in fabrication within the oil and gas sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and technical support to operations within the fabrication yard, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirementsOversee your discipline activities, including procedures, equipment selection, consumable choices, and quality control measuresDevelop and implement programs and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and qualityConduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with welding specifications and identify areas for improvementTrain and mentor your personnel, ensuring their proficiency in welding techniques, safety protocols, and quality standardsCollaborate closely with engineering, project management, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project executionCoordinate with client representatives and external stakeholders to address welding-related queries and provide technical guidanceQualificationsEssential Qualifications and Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
