Job Title: Head of Execution - Major ProjectsLocation: QatarDepartment: Execution Planning & ServicesContract Type: Full-timeStart Date: ASAPJob Purpose Responsible for coordination and alignment of engineering, quality, and execution planning activities across Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC phases with PMT for all Major Projects.Ensure project deliverables meet end-user requirements and company standards. Generic Accountabilities Safety, Health & Environment: Ensure all activities comply with Company Safety, Health & Environment and Quality policies, regulations, and standards.Qatarization Program: Contribute to the development of Qatari employees; accountability is a condition of employment for expatriate employees.Firewall Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with anti-trust and competition laws and Company firewall policies and procedures. Key Job Accountabilities Support PMT in managing and controlling project execution for brownfield and greenfield projects, onshore and offshore.Ensure overall compliance with Project Execution Plans, specifications, and procedures.Provide timely reporting to Major Projects Groups.Promote a project culture that encourages maximum contribution from all team members.Coordinate Lesson Learned and Value Engineering activities for all Major Projects.Maintain clear and concise communication with PMT to ensure continuity in Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC execution.Lead by example, demonstrating high integrity and sensitivity to multicultural differences; communicate effectively with non-native English speakers.Interact with Qatargas Project Teams and Departments to resolve issues requiring initiative, flexibility, and influence without authority.Complete complex tasks with minimal supervision intervention. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge and/or Experience 15+ years' experience in project execution environments, with broad exposure to projects, engineering, and operations.Experience in Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC phases.Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.High proficiency in written and spoken English.Computer literate with experience in professional office applications and technical tools.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at multiple organizational levels.
