We are seeking an outstanding Psychology professional who will:

·        Be a reflective practitioner, committed to professional growth and development.

·        Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to support the development of the curriculum and meet the needs of all learners across the school.

·        Provide classroom experiences centred around challenge and engagement for all students.

·        Have knowledge and experience of using evidence based pedagogical approaches within the classroom, to stretch and challenge all learners.

·        Be skilled in the use of both formative and summative assessment approaches.

·        Provide critical analysis of the progress, intervention and achievement for all children.

 

We are seeking an inspirational teacher with at least 4 years’ experience and a passion for Psychology (plus another subject) who:

·        Has relevant experience of teaching Psychology at KS5 / A Level.

·        Has engaged with current pedagogy around Psychology education, in particular supporting EAL students and/or inclusive teaching practices, in-line with the Quality First Teaching model.

·        Understands how to sequence, resource, adapt and refine areas of the Psychology curriculum to meet the needs of all learners.
