Job Description- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share in the oil and gas industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide sales forecasts and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience on Instrumentation or Filtration is a must
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including market trends and key players.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Candidate must be experienced in handling a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented and driven to exceed targets.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
