  • Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure clients have a good time
  • Monitor the customer service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately
Invite and arrange Thanksgiving party to our corporate clients and regular clients.

  • Submit daily reports on clients contacted, follow ups, meetings, contract entered details to Management.
  • Concentrate more on to boost the F&B sales, Out Door Catering sales, corporate events, corporate buffets and Parties.
  • Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the hotel management to reach a favorable bargain for both parties
  • Process and facilitate requests for customized services such as room redecoration, equipment, and switch
  • Coordinate and organize the details of an event such as catering, lodging, seating, and security.
  • Based on the sales targets achieved the company will be paying incentives as per the policies.

Skills and Abilities:
Education Background - Bachelor's degree in Business discipline with specialization is Hotel Management is preferred.

Work Experience - Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in Hotel Industry

Preferred Skill Set

  • Strong communication skill, for well versed in interaction with potential clients and regular customers to identify their needs.
  • Have leadership skills to coordinate and supervise the activities of hotel staff to ensure delivery of optimum services.
  • Skilled in organizing events and coordinating hotel operations to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Negotiating skill

QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month
