Liaise with the SS Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.


  • Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are adhered to by staff.
  • Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
  • Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
  • Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials.
Should have 2-3 years of supervisory experience.

Should read, write, understand and speak English.

Should know HK-related HSE documents, MS, RA, MSDS, COSHH.

Should have Cleaning Equipment, Materials and chemical knowledge.


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Team Lead in the Housekeeping department.

The Junior Team Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and providing support to the senior management.


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new housekeeping team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and backofhouse areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment as needed.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for housekeeping staff by adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
  • Assist in scheduling and assigning shifts for housekeeping team members, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to housekeeping team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to housekeeping staff to support their professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations.
