  • Plan, carry out and follow up on Quality and HSE inspections, other QHSE improvement projects, best practices as directed by HSE Manager, EMEA.
  • Monitoring HSE legislation requirements for its compliance in the country operations.
  • Up date the Factory Manager on new and upcoming National regulations that can influence on Hempel Quality & HSE Performance and management systems.
  • Monitor, collect and analyze data on Quality & HSE activities and ensure all regulatory and Hempel internal reports for Quality & HSE related activities are updated and submit to the Factory Manager & HSE Manager, EMEA in time.
  • Investigate HSE incidents and report to the Factory Manager and HSE Manager, EMEA.
  • Organize and conduct HSE, Quality and sustainability trainings for employees.
  • Coordinate with HSE Manager, EMEA for developing and implementing Quality & HSE policies and procedures with Hempel Kuwait operations.
  • Conduct internal quality and HSE management systems audits to identify workplace hazards and risks and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain professional relationship with employees and other stakeholders impacting HSE performance, policies and procedures.
  • Organize safety organization meetings, Quality & HSE management review meetings as per the management systems requirements.
