We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of Tedee smart access systems in the Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:


• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share for Tedee smart access systems.


• Identify and target key market segments, including real estate developers, property managers, and hospitality businesses.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

2. Business Development:


• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.


• Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

3. Client Management:


• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients.


• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.


• Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

4. Team Leadership:


• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.


• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.


• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans when necessary.

5. Reporting and Analysis:


• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.


• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales metrics.


• Adjust sales strategies based on data insights and market feedback.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in selling access control systems.


• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


• Strong understanding of the Qatar market and its dynamics.


• Previous experience in the Qatar market is essential.


• Valid Qatar driving license and own car.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
