About Us: PSAS Tech is a leading advertising agency dedicated to helping businesses achieve their full potential through comprehensive digital marketing solutions. We specialize in social media management, SEO, website development, software development, and more. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our footprint in the Qatari market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition in the Qatari market, focusing on services such as social media management, SEO, and software development.

· Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with clients across various industries to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and present company services to them effectively.

· Negotiate and close business deals while maintaining knowledge of current market conditions.

· Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and market trends.

· Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its services.

· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

· Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a relevant role in the advertising or digital marketing industry.

· Strong understanding of the Qatari market with a focus on digital marketing services.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build rapport and foster business relationships.

· Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Able to make sale visits on your own through metro or whatever means you want.

What We Offer:

· Its a sales commission based job, our DM service packages starts from QAR 1900 and goes upto QAR 8000. So you get 40% of each client you on board for DM service in a month. In this way you can earn as much as you want.
