Responsibilities Paramount tosuccess within this varied role will include:

  • Preparingletters, reports, memos and other documents using MS Wordprocessing.
  • Planning, coordinating and evaluatingworkloads to meet project requirements through effective timemanagement.
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing memos,letters, submissions and reports to determine significance andtaking action as required.
  • Creating, transcribing anddistributing meeting agenda and minutes.
  • Filing andretrieving project documents, records and reports. QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that youwill bring a minimum of 5 years' career experience with aDegree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Administration. Fluencyin English and Arabic, verbal and written are required. Experienceworking within the Gulf Region is essential whilst a backgroundfrom a similar industry would be viewed favourably.
