  • 10+ years of experience within a subsurfaceorganization
  • Minimum requirement of aBachelor's degree, and preferably Master'sdegree (in RE / PE subject)
  • Experience with Intersect(IX), Eclipse, Petrel, EST & dynamic modelling workflowsPROFILE REQUIRED
  • In-depth understanding of ReservoirManagement and surveillance processes
  • Proven trackrecord of maximising value in complex carbonate fields
  • Reservoir and geoscience working experience in an operated asset
  • Strong experience on reservoir dynamic modeling(Eclipse/IX) and model history matching
  • Strongcommunication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail orientedwith bias to action
  • Ability to collaborate and influenceacross multidisciplinary teams and entities
  • Ability toinfluence business decision making
  • Strong networkingskills externally and internally PURPOSE
  • Maximizeproduction from Kharaib B&C reservoirs base well stockthrough effective reservoir management best practices, reservoirsurveillance plans, opportunities identification and maturation.
  • Utilization of ALSFFM V1&V2 (IX), and 4D Seismicto optimize voidage replacement, non-conformance mitigations andincrease recovery ACTIVITIES
  • Perform detailed wellsperformance analysis and postmortem synthesis
  • Performsubsurface studies to improve production and injection (slugging,NFA decline analysis, stabilization analysis, GL optimization,..etc)
  • Perform simulation studies using ALSFFMV1&2 to define optimum injection (Water and WAG), shortterm forecasting, and voidage replacement improvement
  • Use of IX and 4D Seismic to identify optimum zonal shifting andinjection schemes to increase sweep efficiency
  • Use of ofsegmented well modelling (IX) both in ALSFFM and Single Well Modelsto optimize and design Kharaib re-drill wells
  • Performsimulation studies to define optimum injection (water and WAG),short term forecasting, and voidage replacement improvement
  • Lead identifying and prioritizing reservoir surveillanceplans, and ensure close follow-up
  • Lead opportunitiesidentification, ranking and maturation (Workovers, Stimulation,..etc) until FID for Deep Redrills, workovers and otheropportunities
  • Support light workovers maturation (tubingchange-out) until final SOR
  • Maintain and close follow-upof opportunities hopper
  • Support WAG cycles optimization,execution and follow-up
  • Support the maturation ofSurfactant pilots, execution and follow-up
  • Contribute tothe generation of the yearly reservoir management plans and ensuretheir execution
  • Consolidate and present the reservoirquarterly Reservoir Management reviews to SH's
  • Perform decline curve analysis and generate the monthlyunconstrained profiles for the rolling forecast
  • Definecompletion strategies for re-drill and WO wells supported bysimulation studies
  • Support the New Well Delivery teamall along the WO's SOR process
  • Contribute tothe yearly reserves exercise
  • Support the team lead inidentifying training needs for team members and recruitmentinterviews
