  • Anticipate guestsneeds, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busyand at whatever time of day.
  • Maintain positiveguest relations at all times.
  • Resolve guestcomplaints, ensuring guestsatisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness,sanitation, and organization of assigned workareas.
  • Maintain complete knowledgeof:
    • all hotel features/services hours ofoperation.
    • all hotel restaurant food concepts,menu price range, dress code, and ambiance.
    • allhotel room types, numbers/names, layout, appointments, amenities,and locations.
    • all hotel room rates, specialpackages, and promotions.
    • daily house count andexpected arrivals/departures (particularlyVIPs).
    • scheduled daily group activities, names,and locations of meeting/banquet rooms.
    • localevents, attractions, and holidayschedules.
  • Obtainassigned bank and ensure the accuracy of contracted monies. Keepthe bank secure at all times.
  • Meet with theSupervisor/departing Concierge to review business status andfollow-up actions.
  • Access all functions of acomputer system in accordance with departmentalspecifications.
  • Set up a workstation withnecessary supplies; maintain cleanliness throughout theshift.
  • Legibly complete requisition foradditional supplies/materials and submit toManager.
  • Maintain updated resource materials onall vendors and information to accommodate guestrequests.
  • Review the designated in-house guestlist and be familiar with guests' names and roomlocations.
  • Answer department telephone usingcorrect salutations and telephoneetiquette.
  • Accommodate all guest requestsexpediently and courteously. Follow up with designated hotelpersonnel to ensure completion ofrequest.
