Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote and sell Al Ehtisasi UPVC products to potential customers, including contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners.
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base by building longterm relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our UPVC products.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify areas for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in outdoor sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of UPVC products or the construction industry will be an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration or a related field will be a plus.
