Job Description:
Business Development Professional (IT Industry - Blockchain & Custom Enterprise Solutions).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the blockchain and custom enterprise solutions market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand the capabilities and advantages of our solutions and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and longterm partnerships.
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and networking meetings to represent the company and stay informed about the latest industry trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create case studies, testimonials, and other marketing materials to support business development efforts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry, preferably with a focus on blockchain or custom enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, enterprise software, and IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, including digital content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
