POSITIONSUMMARY

Designs and produces marketing materialsincluding but not limited to advertisements collateral signageflash pieces electronic brochures and presentations to drive hotelrevenue.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience
  • High schooldiploma or GED; 5 years experience in the customer service callcenter operations or related professionalarea.
OR
  • Associates or Bachelors degree inComputer Graphics or a related field or related major; 3 yearsexperience in Computer Graphics or a related professionalarea.

CORE WORKACTIVITIES

Graphic Design Operations
  • Develops various forms of creativedesign computer graphics production layout and marketingsupport.
  • Creates and revises print andmultimedia collateral to reflect the current brandlook
  • Manages the look and feel concept visualdevelopment and final execution of all designdirections.
  • Partners with Marketing managersand related operational departments as part of a project teamproviding design conceptualization and solutions pertaining todeliverables.
  • Maintains familiarity withcustomer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel forall promotion and event relatedcollateral.
  • Monitors the progress of allprojects. Provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/orProject team regarding ongoing projects and statusupdates.
  • Executes various aspects of productionincluding scanning digital retouching image editing special effectsfile manipulation and layout.
  • Troubleshootsdigital production issues as needed.
  • Maintainsproject files andarchives.
AdditionalResponsibilities
  • Provides support forescalated support needs via telephone and email and ensures properresolution of each including direct contact with stakeholders whennecessary. Responds to and handles problems andcomplaints.
  • Manages the communication of trendsvia prepared reports to the appropriate personnel as well ascorporate headquarters and other servicecenters.
  • Performs other reasonable requests bymanagement which the associate is capable ofperforming.
