We arelooking for a Business Development Manager Physical Security whowill be driving vendor sales whilst meeting the company and vendorobjectives and targets. You will micromanage all layers of thesales channel and improve product depth and market share for alltiers. You will focus on maintaining current business relationshipsimproving inactive accounts and creating new businessopportunities. You will be aware of all project bids and targetIngram Micros involvement in them.

What will youdo

  • You will establish productiveprofessional relationships with key personnel in assigned partneraccounts.
  • You will Coordinate the involvementof company personnel including support service and managementresources to meet partner performance objectives and partnersexpectations.
  • You will meet assigned targetsfor profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assignedpartner accounts.
  • You need to Proactively leada joint partner planning process that develops mutual performanceobjectives financial targets and critical milestones associatedwith a productive partner relationship.
  • Youneed to proactively assess clarify and validate partnerneeds.
  • You will sell through partnerorganizations to end users in coordination with partner salesresources.
  • You will manage potential channelconflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellentcommunication internally and externally and through strictadherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Youwill lead solution development efforts that best address enduserneeds while coordinating the involvement of all necessary companyand partner personnel.
  • You will ensure partnercompliance with partner agreements.
  • You willdrive the adoption of company programs among assignedpartners.

  • You are a graduate with min 5years of experience in ELV sales/ Business Development in the Qatarregion.
  • You have experience working with IT/ELVsystem integrators and dealing withEndusers.
  • You have experience in selling CCTVand physical security products.
  • You areenthusiastic and driven by results with a strong will tosucceed.
  • You are a selfstarter selfmotivatedand a team player.
  • You have a strongcustomerfirst mentality able to utilize their relationships todrive results.
