Responsibilities

Manage electrical engineering services that meet Worley's, its customers', and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications on time and within budget.

Manage electrical engineering project requirements and services including:

  • Participating in relevant meetings
  • Preparing progress reports and complying with required checking procedures
  • Ensuring project scope clarity and compliance with project change management processes
  • Providing advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
  • Acting as the electrical engineering Lead on specific projects

If responsible for a team:

  • Outlining project requirements and promoting workshare
  • Assigning tasks and supervising progress
  • Ensuring required services meet Worley's, its customers', and statutory/regulatory requirements on time and within budget

Proactively resolve discrepancies between Worley and its Customers' requirements, keep up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical engineering, and support junior personnel within the team. Communicate effectively with the team and project stakeholders, including the Customer. Identify issues, develop solutions, and ask for assistance when required.

Requirements

Required:

  • A recognized and relevant electrical engineering degree

Having a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status is an advantage, as well as relevant postgraduate qualifications in engineering, management, project management, or supervisory qualifications.
