Educational Qualification & Other Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in English (B.A), Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (BSc), Commerce (BCom), or Business Administration (BBA).
  • 34+ years of experience as a customer service representative, customer coordinator, or backoffice support representative.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures specific to the assigned product segment.
  • Provide excellent customer service through prompt coordination.
  • Promote the organization's vision.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as IT, Accounting, and HR to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Record and document customer issues.
  • Monitor and utilize SAP and other technologies to improve customer experience and ensure prompt responses.
  • Process offers, tender bids, and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper time management and work ethics.
  • Facilitate internal sales by liaising between employees, supervisors, and upper management to meet sales goals.
  • Participate actively in companywide sales, marketing, and promotional efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Process all customer returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
