Job Summary

Talent Pal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to identify areas for business growth and development.
  • Effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams to meet special requests and needs.
  • Recognize and suggest enhancements to systems and processes to improve sales performance.
  • Identify selling opportunities through market analysis and research.
  • Understand complex sales and develop effective strategies to close deals.
  • Capable of extensive follow-up with various teams to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Guarantee alignment of the sales team with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support their success and growth.
  • Understand and adapt effective sales models and programs to meet business needs.
  • Support other sales efforts as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations as a Sales Coordinator or other administrative positions.
  • Must have a Qatari Driving License.
  • Bilingual candidates will have an added advantage.
