The Secondary School is currently open to students in Grades 6 to 10 and will open Grade 11 in August 2023 and Grade 12 in August 2024.

We offer a high quality, bespoke, International Curriculum in the Middle School which aligns to US standards.

In Grades 9 and 10 of High School, our students begin the High School Diploma and we aim to offer two pathways in Grades 11 and 12:
the High School Diploma and the IB Diploma.

About the role


The Assistant Head of Secondary will bring a wealth of knowledge of the US curriculum and assessment practices within Middle School and High School.

A working knowledge of the IB DP would be advantageous but is not essential.

They will report directly to the Head of Secondary and will provide professional, highly effective leadership and management that will achieve outstanding results within the Secondary School.

A minimum of 5 years of teaching and leadership experience within an American curriculum setting is essential. Experience of teaching the IBDP would be an advantage but is not essential. This role is not suitable for NQTs.
