You'll make an impact by:

  • Coordinate andmanage interfaces between different project stakeholders in EPCprojects.
  • Liaise with Package Owners, OEMs andSub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders toresolve interface issues promptly.
  • Monitor progress andidentify potential interface conflicts or delays, taking proactivemeasures to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implementinterface management plans tailored to the specific requirements ofEPC projects.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head ofService Delivery and Project Director on interface-related matters.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project requirements,specifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Facilitatemeetings and workshops to address interface challenges andfacilitate collaborative solutions.
  • In addition to thefollowing specific task:
  • Develop comprehensive interfacemanagement procedures and protocols aligned with EPC project needs.
  • Conduct regular interface meetings with stakeholders toreview progress, address issues, and drive resolution.
  • Document interface agreements, decisions, and action items forclear accountability.
  • Monitor and track interfacedeliverables, milestones, and dependencies to maintain projectschedule integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with otherproject managers to ensure seamless integration of interfaceactivities with overall project objectives.
  • Review andanalyze interface-related documentation and reports to identifytrends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Providementorship and support to project team members on effectiveinterface management practices within EPC projects.
  • Support the Administrator in compilation of project and customerdocumentation.
  • Learn from and share experiences withothers.

Your success is grounded in Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relatedfield (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)certification (preferred)

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management or relatedfield
  • Experience in managing interfaces in Engineering,Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
  • Knowledgeof Shell Design and Engineering Practices (Shell DEPs), Oil& Gas engineering practices, applicable specifications,codes, and international standards.
  • Demonstratedexperience in executing sizable EPC jobs for brownfield Oil and Gasprojects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a dynamic environment.
  • > 6 yearsprofessional experience in large EPC projects
  • > 3years professional experience in interface management and executionlarge interface contracts

Strong project management skills. Integrationof contract and risk management into project planning andexecution.

Communication:
Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities. Clear and effective communication withstakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

  • In-depthunderstanding of EPC project lifecycle.

Problem-Solving:
Ability to address contract-related issues and risks proactively.

Attention to Detail:
Thoroughness in reviewing contractsand risk assessments.

Conflict Resolution:
Skill inmanaging conflicts related to contracts andrisks
