Contracts Administrator

Overall Purpose Of The Job This role is for Project Contract Administrator supporting on site project specific contract and subcontract administration.
They will work closely with the Sr Contract Administrator and project team with contract administration, data deliverables, tracking client requests and responses, invoicing, change management, and other contractual documents.
They will take the lead on contracts administrative items at the project level. Key Responsibilities- Keep all internally developed tracking mechanisms up to date and provide reminders to team members as appropriate;
- Assist in developing formal contractual correspondence;
- Participate as a team member during the proposal development process
- Track meetings and deadlines required
- Assist in reviewing and writing proposals, TAs, MOUs, and NDAs
- Assist in negotiating proposal rates and terms
- Maintain comprehensive subcontract/procurement electronic and hard copy files in accordance with companypolicies, procedures and Federal Regulations;
- Assist in the development of process improvements for contract and subcontract management;
- Assist with problem resolution and provide guidance to program management as required;
- Assist with prime contract invoicing and tracking;
- Conduct internal reviews against company policies and procedures;
- Other special duties as assigned Job Profile Required Skills and Knowledge

- Government procurement/subcontracting experience and FAR knowledge is a must

- Ability to work well under constantly changing deadlines and priorities Required Work Experience
- 3-5 years experience in US government contracting (federal/DoD)
- Fast-paced multi-functional team environment Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline, or sufficient relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
- Understands contractual language, contract administration concepts, practices, and standards Required Languages
- Foreign language preferred but not required Travel / Rotation Requirements
- Occasional travel to Kuwait to meet with client.
