Main activities:
In-House drafting support(including review and validation) of multi-disciplines as-builtdrawings i.e.

P&ID's, Cause & Effects,Electrical, Instrumentation, Fire & Gastermination/connection drawings, Structural/safety drawings andlayout drawings based on red line mark-ups received fromoffshore/onshore construction team and updating the drawings using2D Autocad & iACAD with plug-ins of intelligent iACAD,iPDF, iAnnot, iOffice & iFiles.

Focal point directlyin-charge for the update of critical drawings i.e. Cause andEffect, P&ID's, Instrumentation and single linediagram As-Building using intelligent iAcad iTools.

Key User ofiTOOLS Package Suites (INCITIUS)for iACAD iNCITIUS-installedsoftware as COMPANY iTools specialist representative to provideassistance & answers to iTools register sheet with regardsto contractors iTools (iAcad, iAnnot iPDF, iFiles &iOffice) complex design issues, technical queries and troubleshooting.

Focal designer to maintain the legacy updates inTAS
  • Sharepoint with regards to the ADHOC RLMUs coming from offshoreand then do the proper As-Building for proper upload into MANASAand iView once approved and completed.
Review the design drafting& as-building of multi-disciplines drawings done bySub-contractors confirming intelligent autocad and its attributesare properly applied and properly generated from iACAD to iPDF andPDF to iAnnot COMPANY applications.

Validating, assigning,coordinating, and approving Tag requests by COMPANY contractors forPhusion Next Number Generator Tool to support in becoming a TagCentric within Digital Environment in COMPANY.

Focal for approvalaccess as EC-Tag Coordinator in Phusion Next Number Generator.

Assigning, creating & updating of engineering lists Tagnumber requests by contractors and validating/updating engineeringrequests in master lists in MANASA database software.

Engineeringlists includes Tag lists numbering, cable lists numbering,P&ID process line lists and drawing numbering lists forinputs to MANASA. In urgent case for ABB and Siemens project, I amthe focal to update Project deliverables for E&C instead ofContractor. Lead focal to assign technical drawings for COMPANYContractors supporting COMPANY-DCC regarding MDR requests. Functionas Lead designer supervising work of fellow As-Built designers inCOMPANY and in contractor office. Liaise with COMPANY Engineers andother Departments prior to approval of drafted As-Built drawingsfor uploading into MANASA.

What you need to bring:

Fluent inEnglish Qualification:
Bachelor degree in

Engineering Experience:
Minimum 15 Years in Oil & Gas industry projects.

Goodknowledge of CAD/Autocad 3D/ iAcad/iTools Incitius, MANASA/iView& other similar Engineering software's Workingknowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as API, ASTM,ASME etc, and recommended practices Ability to work under pressurewith minimal supervision.

Co-ordinated approach to resolvingproblems in a timely manner
