KitchenPorter is a key role which assists the head chef in the preparationand service of all sections in the Kitchen. Build an effective andmotivated team which delivers consistent operational standards. Andeveryday to elevate the guest care quality constantly and provide afantastic service that our guestslove.

Yourdaytodaywork:

  • Underthe general guidance of the head chef understands practices basicfood hygiene as defined within the company guidelines and the DailyDiligenceDiary
  • Communicateany information to the relevant team members which includesinformation on stock levels best working practices and qualitycontrol in accordance with operationalstandards
  • Ensurethat all utensils are consistent with quality and quantitystandards to ensure that the kitchen provides the best servicepossible
  • Followguidelines and standard operating procedures which include workingin line with setrecipes


Requirements
  • Ideallyyour background will be from the hotel/F&B industry andworked as a Kitchen Porter for a minimum of 1 year in a 3star orabove categoryhotel.
  • AdvancedEnglishlanguage.

Ideally your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry,and worked as a Kitchen Porter for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-staror above category hotel. Advanced English language.
