As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Doha, Qatar, and support our recruitment efforts.

*Position Overview:
  • APTUN is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to assist in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
*Key Responsibilities: *

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Support the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruiting activities.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide timely feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
