Responsibilities:
Handle all telephone demands and email inquiries from brokerages,LIAs, and internal stakeholders for system access inquiries,support requests, and guidanceinquiries
Deliver a high standardof customer service based on communication, professionalism,timeliness, and accuracy of technical informationprovided
Accountable to ensureticket lifecycle does not exceed definedstandard
Log requests, follow upon outstanding items, and provide instructions and status updatesto users in a clear, professionalmanner
Create, modify, and removesystem access as requested (aligned to definedstandard)
Can provide support onsystems when called on by peers(junior)
Maintain knowledge ofsupporting systems and provide cross-training asneeded
Prioritize and managemultiple requests based on urgency/impact ofrequest
Identify trends withbrokers and take the lead to work with BD team ontraining
Ability to effectivelyhandle all Broker and customer requests, from end toend
Keep abreast of all Brokercommunication and changes in guidelines andtechnology
Act as SME torepresent the team on initiatives
Trouble-shoot and identify root cause of technical issues whereapplicable
Triage complex issueseffectively for furtherinvestigation
Take ownership andtake initiative during low call/emailvolumes

Whatyou will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or some other relatedfield, an asset
Experience inCustomer Service
Basicunderstanding of Underwritingprinciples
Appreciation of brokeroperating environments and of the Insuranceindustry
Intermediate technicalMicrosoft Office skills and decent, accurate typingskills
Professional and friendlycommunication
Problem-solving,prioritization, and multitaskingskills
