  • Key Responsibilities
:

  • Lead and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure mechanical engineering solutions align with project requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage and review project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal project performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and project success.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence within the mechanical engineering team.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong background in Technical Office, PMU, or PMO environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex mechanical engineering projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and mentorship.
