Sales Responsibilities:

1.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients who require visa services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, businesses, and organizations to generate sales leads.
2.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
3.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
4.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and market feedback.

Marketing Responsibilities:

1.

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote visa services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
2.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing content in Arabic and English, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant and appealing to the target audience.
3.

Digital Marketing:

  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
4.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and seminars to promote visa services.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
5.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
6.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the visa services or travel industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing and sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
