Nair Systems is currently looking for Business Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Education & Professional Certification

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a technical writer, including creating software documentation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and softwares
  • Strong Knowledge on Configuration Tools like Gitlab and DevOps
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience in understanding and explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of best practices in information design and user experience.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
  • Banking knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Document Creation: Produce highquality technical documentation, including user manuals, online help systems, API documentation, and release notes.
  • Research: Conduct research to ensure accurate and uptodate content, staying current with industry best practices and technologies.
  • User-

Centered Approach:
Develop documentation with the end user in mind, making complex technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.

  • Document Organization: Create wellstructured and organized documentation that allows users to easily navigate and find the information they need.
  • Document Maintenance: Keep existing documentation up to date, revising content as needed to reflect changes in the product or service.
  • Visual Aids: Create or collaborate with designers to include appropriate diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids to enhance document clarity.
  • Style and Consistency: Ensure consistency in writing style, formatting, and terminology across all documentation.
  • Version Control: Maintain version control for documentation, ensuring the correct versions are available for users.
  • Compliance: Ensure that documentation complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
