Responsibilities:

-
Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategies_: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors in the paramedical and consumable medical products sector.
Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and achieve sales targets.
Identify target customers and market segments, and create plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
Collaborate with the sales team to set sales goals and ensure they are aligned with overall business objectives.

Generate Leads and Drive Sales_: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations and build relationships to promote our products.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure sales contracts.
Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Marketing Collateral and Promotional Activities_: Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and generate product demand.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content, social media campaigns, and website updates to support sales efforts.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management_:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and key industry stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer visits, product training sessions, and product demonstrations to enhance customer relationships and drive repeat business.

Sales Analysis and Reporting_: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track sales achievements and provide insights to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Arabic speaking and fluent in English as well

Resident in Qatar with family Iqama or Transferable Iqama
:

  • Strong knowledge of the industry regulations, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently
  • Having driving License (Qatari Driving License)

Salary negotiable according experience and skills

Salary:

From QAR5,000.00 per month
