Are you anexperienced sales professional with a passion for buildingrelationships and driving business growth We are seeking a highlymotivated Business Development Manager to join our team in DohaQatar. As a key member of our Sales Division you will play apivotal role in identifying and acquiring Corporate Clients whilerepresenting our companys vision.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Identifyand cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunitieswithin the Corporate Sector through proactive outreach referralsand leveraging your existing portfolio.
  • Attendindustry conferences and events to expand your professional networkand effectively represent our company.
  • Conductcomprehensive research and strategically plan customer acquisitionefforts.
  • Develop and nurture strongrelationships with potential and existingclients.
  • Collaborate with various businessteams including specialized units (Trade Credit Cyber Financial andProfessional Services).
  • Create negotiate andexecute sales proposals across our full suite ofproducts.
  • Assist in the preparation of duediligence reports and presentations in response to client requestsworking closely with the proposal team and keystakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations and provideguidance at the CSuite level.
  • Strive to exceedsales performance targetsconsistently.
  • Maintain accurate records of allclient interactions in our CRMsystem.
  • Collaborate with internal businesseswithin the Marsh McLennan Group (Mercer Oliver Wyman GuyCarpenter).
  • Stay updated on the latest trendsin Medical and NonMedical InsuranceProducts.
  • Offer support and guidance to juniorteam members and contribute to the development of our future NewBusiness Strategy.
  • Work with the IMEA marketingteam to support and create thought leadership content relevant toyour target market

  • Proven salesexperience within the InsuranceIndustry.
  • Possession of an existing portfolioof Corporate Clients.
  • Strong communicationskills with a knack for building and closingrelationships.
  • Energetic positive and capableof performing well under pressure.
  • Strategicthinker with excellent multitaskingabilities.
  • Indepth understanding of theInsurance industry Product Suite andLandscape.
  • Excellent written and spoken Englishskills.
