Responsibilities:

  • To own and deliver PO Generation targets for AMS (After Market Support
  • OT Industrial Maintenance Services) & Cloud based Digital Subscriptionbased OT solutions
  • Responsible for creating new contracts, purchase orders, prequalifications, and maintaining relationships with existing and new enduser customers.
  • Responsible for the PO Gen targets as agreed with the management for Maintenance & Digital solutions.
  • Effectively do selling considering the market and competitor analysis and excel in sales targets.
  • Efficient sales management for clients in Qatar and maintaining healthy customer relationships with them.
  • Ensure all opportunities are identified, qualified & quoted
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and create the Company's brand awareness throughout Qatar.
  • Develop business plans to increase revenue and maximize margin in line with organizational goals.
  • Would be able to verify solution design, and costing & meet commercial proposal obligations through the proposal team's help.
  • Deliver, monitor, and report on sales revenue, and client contact targets, providing periodic updates on achievement and pipeline.
  • Strategize and lead the company's overall objectives within the defined territory on a short, medium
- and long-term basis.

  • Take an active part in setting the annual growth targets and ensuring the achievement of them.
  • Manage to ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of assigned KPIs and targets.
  • Take the initiative to work closely with clients on process automation products and other projects related to Avanceon's offerings.
  • Ensure that the company is compliant with all local laws and regulations, including labor laws, health and safety regulations, and tax laws.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for growth and expansion to senior management.

Required Experience & Qualification:

Professional Qualification: BS Engineering in any field, or BCS, with MBA or Equiv.
-
Professional Experience: 8-15 Years of local & International market experience in the Control Automation Field with any Automation OEM or Software Distributor partner having extensive End User Prescription and Sales experience.

  • Any Origin, the Arabic language will be given preference.
  • Solutions Sales Experience & Capability to Understand the Factory Automation Business Selling Cycle as well as OT Maintenance & Cloud & Digital, and Software selling experience.
