**核心工作活動**

**協助管理招聘和雇用流程**
- 根據需要協助面試和聘用具備適當技能的人力資源部團隊成員。
- 協助建立並保持與外部招聘源的聯繫。
- 根據人力資源標準運作程序參加招聘會,並確保進行外展工作的檔記錄。
- 與當地組織(例如酒店協會和同事)聯絡,為當前或未來的空缺職位發掘候選人。
- 協助監督候選人身份和甄選流程。
- 對候選人身份/甄選進行品質控制。

**協助實施和指導員工福利**
- 與失業服務提供方合作,應對失業申索;審查服務提供方報告的準確性並糾正錯誤。
- 協助完成失業申請活動報告。
- 根據需要出席失業聽證會並確保酒店安排了適當的代表。

**協助管理員工發展**
- 協助部門入職培訓計劃,讓員工接受適當的新員工培訓,以成功履行工作職責。
- 確保員工接受交叉培訓,以支持成功的日常運作。
- 協助新員工入職培訓計劃的協調和便利,為員工創造積極的第一印象,並強調客戶服務在企業文化中的重要性。
- 確保所有新員工和領導團隊參加培訓計劃。
- 協助確保制定部門入職培訓流程,且員工接受適當的新員工培訓以成功履行其工作職責。

**協助維護員工關係**
- 協助維護酒店內有效的員工溝通管道(例如,開展日常溝通並協助定期安排全酒店會議)。
- 檢查漸進性懲處文檔的準確性和一致性;檢查支持檔案,並負責確定適當的行動。
- 運用「門戶開放」政策,及時確認獲悉員工的問題或疑慮。
- 確保將員工問題提交給部門經理解決,或進一步提交給人力資源總監/多家酒店的人力資源總監。
- 必要時與防損部合作開展員工事故調查。
- 根據每個職位的工作描述,傳達績效預期。

**協助管理法律和合規實踐**
- 協助確保員工檔案包含所需的就業文書、適當的績效管理和薪酬檔,並在要求的時間內妥善保管。
- 協助確保遵守員工檔案的查閱、審核和審計程序,並確保遵守《隱私法》。
- 協助確保將醫療記錄保存在單獨、安全和保密的醫療檔案中。
- 推進隨機、合理的信念和事後藥檢過程(適用的情況下在酒店進行)。
- 透過員工手冊傳達酒店規則和法規。
- 協助確保定期透過入職培訓、酒店會議、公告板等向員工傳達所有安全安保政策(例如,酒店拆遷、失物招領、血液傳播病原體、事故報告和衛生)。
- 協助區域理賠辦事處進行定期理賠審查,以確保理賠及時結案,且保留級別適用於公開理賠。
- 協助管理工人賠償理賠,以確保適當的員工關懷並管理成本。
