Barbaricum is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client's user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems

This position is deployable in 90-day cycles, during which time the Intelligence Operations Integrator may be expected to work up to seven 10 to 12-hour days.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide deskside training to analysts
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
  • Staff the

Help Desk:
respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues

  • Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
  • Travel as needed (20%) to CONUS SOF sites in support of critical predeployment training events

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
  • Prior Palantir Gotham experience required
  • Prior experience with Palantir Gaia preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easytounderstand manner
  • Ability to travel independently overseas per the needs of the business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration
  • Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
