  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs and initiatives across all hospital departments.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend evidence-based interventions.
  • Implement and oversee patient safety programs, including incident reporting systems, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for hospital leadership, accreditation bodies, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop educational materials and conduct workshops or seminars to promote continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure alignment of quality goals with hospital operations.
  • Engage patients and families in quality improvement activities to enhance patient-centered care.
