Job Responsibilities:
  1. To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities.
  2. To carry out work in compliance with the COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed the COMPANY priorities and objectives, C standards and procedures and good industry practices.
  3. Follow and assist CSR during work preparation for all phases in BF and HU works within his/her responsibility.
  4. Review CTR construction engineering documents and assist Project construction engineer for validation of the documents HSE Management System.
  5. Participate in CONTRACTOR site visit or another visit offshore if required by preparation.
  6. Propose and encourage design optimization to minimize the offshore works.
  7. Follow up with FOPS the outstanding points in regard to the existing facilities.
  8. Material and construction equipment list preparation and validation including its mobilization plan.
  9. Review and monitor the availability of drawings, job instructions, material deliveries, and tools.
  10. Review all Method Statements from CTR within his/her field of competence.
  11. Ensure equipment installation as per Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, procedures, and Site Instructions.
  12. Supervise the installation of all bulk and support associated with its discipline.
  13. Supervise the workmanship for cables installation and glanding.
  14. Report to E&I Superintendent for monitoring construction progress.
  15. Responsible for monitoring contractor's labor resources in accordance with the approved mobilization plan and report to E&I Superintendent.
  16. Ensure the correct implementation of the Permit to Work system.
  17. Ensure Contractors personnel have sufficient training and experience to carry out safe operations.
  18. Identification of any Non-Conformance linked to Fabrication (NCRs).
  19. Review manufacturing records books.
  20. Coordinate with Commissioning Team during the pre-commissioning phase in close relation with the Pre-commissioning Superintendent.
  21. To verify the completeness and correctness of the construction drawings and ensure the complete handover to the Commissioning team.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Profile: Have an Associate's or BS degree in a technical field or extensive natural gas/oil industry experience.

Professional Experience (number of years): 15.

Experience within project (number of years): 10.

Education: Any Graduation()

Nationality: Any Nationality

Requirements:
  • Have strong working knowledge of construction contracts, contractor inspection procedures, and construction work sequences for jackets.
  • A good knowledge of COMPANY standard, TOTAL General Specifications (GS), and International codes/standards.
  • Conversant with General Arrangement (GA) engineering and structural drawings including building marking plans, also with tubing isometrics and P&IDs.
  • English fluent.
  • The ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Good leadership skills and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
  • Skilled in using computer programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail communications.
  • Familiar with ICAPs software.
