Essential Duties &Responsibilities by Dimensions:

A.Shareholder & Financial:

Implement KPIs and best practices for Senior Officers ProcurementContracts Management.

Promote cost consciousnessand efficiency and enhance productivity to minimise cost avoidwaste and optimise benefits for the bank.

Actwithin the limits of the powers delegated to theincumbent.

B. Customer (Internal& External)

Manage andmaintain all procurement contracts systematically in CLIENTScontract management system as well other manual and shared systemsensuring key contract information is updated and available for useby members of the team.

Prepare contract draftsin conjunction with stakeholders sourcing team members andsuppliers.

Prepare contract for internal reviewand approval and ensure compliance with CLIENTS policies ensure allcontracts under management are signed off in line with CLIENTSDOA.

Liaise and coordinate with the relevantstakeholders to manage all contracts MSA (master servicesagreements) amendments and variations.

Act asthe focal point for supplier and stakeholders queries on the statusof contract creation renewal and termination.

Act as a focal point of contact with Legal in contractual mattersand monitor contract compliance with establishedprocedures.

Facilitate contractor meetings toreview contractual terms and conditions involving group legal asand when required.

Proactively alert thesourcing team members and end users in advance regarding contractstatus date of expiry of current contracts in order for timelyaction to be taken such as termination or renewal of contracts toensure that services are not disrupted.

Renewthe contracts by liaising with the relevant stakeholders to obtainnecessary approvals in line with the CLIENTS contract singingmatrix.

Manage the terminations of contractsissue the notices to the suppliers where the agreement/ contract isnot renewed and update the relevant contract management systems toreflect such changes.

Liaise with legaldepartments for any issues related to contracts including obtainapproval or vendor terms.

Work closely alongsideoperations team to ensure existing blanket purchase withiprocurement catalogues are kept up to date.

Manage the approved contract templates ensuring correct templatesare in place liaise with relevant departments in CLIENTS to ensureany changes to templates are disseminated to the contractmaster.

Monitor and track insurance requirementsand any other correspondence in relation to established contractsand those in progress.

Recommend improvementsand changes to enhance the contracting process/ terms andconditions modifications to automated systems by keeping abreast ofmarket trends.

Maintain activities in accordancewith Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turnaroundtime
