Sales/sr. Sales Executive

Role Objective:
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our boutiques satisfied and you will contribute to the boutique's profitability
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieving, driving and seeking out sales opportunities inside and outside of the boutiques
- Providing accurate product information aimed at increasing the overall sales (e.g. product features, pricing and aftersales services)
- Answering customers' questions about specific products/services
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and aftersales services)
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Crosssell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Boutiques Manager
- Stay uptodate with new products/services
Educational Qualifications:
- High school degree
- BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
Experience:
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role/ Background with Jewellery and Luxury would be advantage.
