Job Title: Fine Dining Restaurant AREA Manager

Starting Monthly Salary: QAR 13,000 (Full package / All in)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee the operations of our fine dining restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, a passion for culinary excellence, and strong leadership skills. This role requires a deep understanding of the fine dining industry, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple fine dining restaurants within the assigned area.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures across all locations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
  • Hire, train, and develop high-performing restaurant management teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Cultivate a culture of hospitality and service excellence across all restaurants.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement measures to address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to attract and retain guests.
  • Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety, hygiene, and health.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operational and financial activities.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of the fine dining industry and trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
