Job Summary:

As the Fine Dining Restaurant Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction of multiple fine dining restaurants within your designated area.

You will lead a team of restaurant managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and ensuring that the high standards of our brand are consistently met.


Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daytoday operations of multiple fine dining restaurants in your area.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in service, food quality, and ambiance.

  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address operational issues promptly and develop action plans for continuous enhancement.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Interview, train, and onboard restaurant managers and staff in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Set performance goals for restaurant managers and teams and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills, product knowledge, and service standards.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize employee engagement and retention.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant in your area, ensuring efficient cost control.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze revenue, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.

Guest Satisfaction and Experience:

  • Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service and has a memorable dining experience.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong focus on guest feedback, conducting regular surveys, and implementing improvements based on the data.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure that all restaurants comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the executive team and other Area Managers to align on company objectives and strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with restaurant managers, staff, and support teams to ensure seamless operations and effective problemsolving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Area Manager in fine dining establishments.
  • Indepth knowledge of fine dining service standards, food, and beverage offerings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial and operational management software.
  • Flexibility to travel between restaurant locations within the designated area.
