Job Purpose Summary :

Provides supportservices to Oracle HRMS / IPMD and other HRtechnology systems andapplications such as data entry updatessystem data maintenance andsystem upgrades and testing.

Assists inthe provision of accurateand timely HR MISreports Supports payroll compensation andbenefitsrecruitment salary administration with the provision ofdata onrequest basis Essential Duties &Responsibilities byDimensions :
A

Shareholder &Financial :

  • Contibutes inHRMS system maintenance and operationaleffectiveness
  • Prepares and provides relevantMIS reports covering KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) forperformance monitoring of HRDept.
  • Assists in providing updates onHC project progress andbudget.
  • Assists inmonitoring the HR budget in line withQNB budgetary controlpractices. B.

Customer(Internal&External) :

Asissts in themaintainance and updating ofOrganization structure positionhierarchy database and on aneedbasis corrects reporting hierarchy issues in thesystem Respondsto staff andmanagement requests with regards to HRMS system issuesand ensuresrequests are attended.

Provides timely andaccurateinformation to the external and internal auditors andthecompliance function as and whenrequired by the Senior ManagerHRMs andMIS. Actively participates in thedevelopment andimplementation of other electronic HR processessuch as OLMiRecruitmentetc. At the instruction of the VP HRMS& MISworks with IT dept to coordinate and monitorsystem developmentrequests. C.

Internal (ProcessesProductsRegulatory) :
Maintainsaccuracy consistency & security of informationwithinthe HR systems; reports processfailure errors in order toensureefficient and smooth human resourcesprocesses. Compilesstatisticalinformation and prepares reports related to manpowerturnoverpayroll recruiting positionclassification compensationtraining promotions history positionhistory exit. Providesassistance withHRIS network maintenance by adding or deleting usersand retainingsystem security.

  • Contributes to the HRDeptautomation projects by providing administrativesupport.
  • Ensures data integrity and accurateMIS reporting
  • Provides inputs in the analysisand resolution of systemproblems
  • Ensuressecurity of the HRMS and MIS systems anddata protectionrequirements are complied with and monitored.
  • Contributes to thedocumentation and implementation ofprocessoptimization.
  • Reports violation of HRsystemsaccess to ensure data integrity and accuracy across variousHRsystems
  • Supports the QNB Intranetportal.
  • Assists in monitoring HR Projects andprepares project progressreports.
  • Assists inthe preparation and distributes IPMDprogress reports (Mid and EndYr)
  • Supports HR generalistsand specialistswith MIS and businessplanningdata
