F-15QA / AH-64 Customer Training Specialist

  • Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.
  • Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.
  • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.
  • Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
  • Create and manage all Purchase Orders, ensuring ontime delivery and alignment to customer commitments;
  • Partner with Boeing business entities on improvement strategies, production readiness, and critical recoveries;
  • Establish and execute strategies to improve training programs and processes
- champion quality initiatives;

  • Serve as the focal for ground safety programs and initiatives
  • Works directly with Training Instructors and site support staff to ensure processes and solutions meet the program requirements and schedules;
  • Develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, predictable, and consistent with organization objectives;
  • Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives;
  • Documenting facility support requirements and participate in site surveys. Develop Site Evaluation Reports and document results, findings and recommendations;
  • Participate in customer reviews of documents for training facilities. Maintains integrated site activation plans within a schedule;
  • The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Must hold US citizenship or ability to work in the US (Green card)
  • Has at least 2 years of experience working with F15 and/or AH64 training systems.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience with Middle-East customerfacing programs.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • 2 + years of project management experience
  • Basic MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Typical Education/Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through basic technical education (e.g.

Associates) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.

Associates + 1 years' related work experience, 2 years' related work experience, etc.).
