Responsibilities:

  • You will use your skills and abilityto deeply analyze customer needs and business problems to ensure weprovide a seamless onboarding experience
  • Rapidly developimpactful and elegant solutions to address specific problems andoptimize user experiences.
  • Work with a wide range ofstakeholders both internally and externally to gather requirementsand design elements to create a flawless product experience.
  • Strategically think about the product from a high-levelperspective, connecting the missing dots and shaping the roadmapfor growth.
  • Take full ownership of you and yourteam's work throughout the entire product developmentlifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, andpost-release analysis.
  • You will be hands on with with ateam of highly talented Product Designers, Engineers and productexperts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

  • Lead product teams to ensure all projects run smoothly Requirements
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of product management experiencein a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups.
  • 2+ years experience leading product teams as a directmanager
  • Strong operational & negotiation skillsare important to driv seamless stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously,leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.
  • You are someone who will drive their team to successthrough motivational guidance.
  • Strong understanding ofboth user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles,ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.
  • Strong understand of identify management, funneloptimisation, kyc acceptance rates etc
  • A background inB2B product management is a huge advantage
