About the role
We're looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Project sales coordinator to join one of our client company. In this role, you'll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
- Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
- Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
- Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Preferred:
- Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
- Experience setting ladders and climbing roofs
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 + years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials
- Experience in retail sector.

Desired Languages - English & Arabic
Travel Requirements - Upto 75%
