Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the daily activities of the procurement department.
  • Planning for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Reviewing, comparing, evaluating, and approving products and services.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information
  • Maintaining good supplier relations.
  • Negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing or related experience in food & beverage industry

Decision-making skills, management skills, interpersonal skills and interpretation skills.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office

Must have valid QID and NOC.

Salary:
QAR2, QAR3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (preferred)
