Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services, ensuring quality, costeffectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Review purchase requisitions and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase agreements.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure ontime delivery and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Assist with supplier selection and evaluation, including conducting supplier performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and optimizing inventory management processes.
  • Support the procurement team in implementing procurement best practices and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
  • Previous experience in a technology or ITrelated industry.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
