Job Description:

We are a thriving party rental business located in Lusail, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Assistant to join our team.

As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and the satisfaction of our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of rental equipment.
• Organize and maintain the showroom to showcase our inventory effectively.
• Set up and arrange rental items at event locations as required.
• Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs and providing guidance.
• Handle client inquiries, orders, and coordinate event details.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver topnotch service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient execution of events.
• Help in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and recommending replenishments when needed.

Qualifications:
- minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or related field.

• Must reside in Lusail and have a valid Qatar ID (QID).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours (10 am to 2 pm, 4 pm to 8 pm, or as needed).
• Selfmotivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
